Get in touch with our friendly helpline team for more information about pulmonary fibrosis and practical support. We can also put you in touch with your local support group.

Our friendly helpline nurses are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm – call 0300 222 5800.

I would suggest for anyone who has just been diagnosed with a long-term lung condition to seek help and support if you need it. There are so many resources available to you. If you have questions or just want to chat, the Asthma + Lung UK helpline is there for you. Sofia, who was diagnosed with an interstitial lung disease (ILD) aged 28.

Join a pulmonary fibrosis support group

Being diagnosed and living with a long-term lung condition can be challenging. Joining a pulmonary fibrosis support group can help you make new friends who understand what you're going through.
