Celebrate your Better Breathing Summer by sharing a photo or piece of artwork and be in with a chance to win one of our incredible prizes.
This competition is open to any UK resident living with or affected by a lung condition.
We know summer isn’t always an easy season for people with lung conditions. Things like hot weather, seasonal allergies and air pollution can make your symptoms worse. But we want to help you make this your Better Breathing Summer – where you feel empowered to get outside, stay active, and do more of the things you love. You're not letting your lung condition hold you back – you're making the most of your summer, your way.

We’d love to see how you’re celebrating your summer, so we’re launching a summer competition!
Winning entries will be selected at random using an online generator and announced in August 2025. The competition closes at 5pm on Monday 4 August 2025.
Adults’ Competition – Photography and artwork
Open to adults (16+) living with a lung condition.
Send us a photo that shows how you’ve been enjoying your Better Breathing Summer. Whether it’s a walk on the beach, a sunny stroll in the park, an outdoor yoga session, or a relaxing moment in the garden with family – we want to see how you’re making the most of summer and not letting your lung condition hold you back.
Adult Competition Prizes:

Children’s Competition – Artwork
Open to children (U16) living with asthma, suspected asthma/childhood wheeze or another lung condition (entries must be submitted by a parent or guardian).
We’d love to see a drawing, painting or other piece of artwork that shows your child’s favourite way to enjoy the outdoors — whether that’s playing outside, exploring a local park or walking the dog. It’s a fun and creative activity to do together over the summer holidays, and a great way to show how your child isn’t letting asthma hold them back.
