Managing breathlessness

It’s normal to get out of breath when you exercise. This video shows you ways to take control when that happens. 

This video is 8 minutes long and includes:  

  • Examples of breathing control, as well as breathing techniques such as pursed-lips breathing, relaxed deep breathing, blow as you go and paced breathing
  • helpful positions you can try to ease your breathlessness.
