About the event
Take on an epic 2026 Kiltwalk adventure as Scotland’s largest mass participation walking event with over 145,000 people taking part since 2016. The Kiltwalk is a mass walking event that happens every year to raise funds for charities and projects and there are different walk lengths, in different cities, on different dates to choose from!

Pick your distance
There are three distances available, depending on the event:
The Mighty Stride: 18 - 23 miles and available at all events. Open to adults and children aged 13+
The Big Stroll: 14 - 15 miles and available in Glasgow and Edinburgh. Open to adults and children aged 10+
The Wee Wander: 3 - 4 miles and available at all events. Open to adults and children aged 5+
Taking part in a Kiltwalk costs just £13 - £20, depending on the distance you choose to take on. There's no set minimum fundraising commitment for these walks - but as a starting point, we'd recommend £150!
