What is We Are Undefeatable?
We Are Undefeatable provides fun, expert support developed by 15 charities (including Asthma+Lung UK) to help people to move more. Because it’s for people with a range of long-term conditions, you may find it particularly helpful if you have one or more conditions (known as ‘comorbidities’).
There are films and tips to help you move in a way that feels right for you, at your own pace and in your own time. There are options for mood, location, and what you feel up to that day.
To start building small amounts of activity into your day try Five in Five, a five-minute mini-workout designed for people living with long-term health conditions.
