Involving people with lung disease in your research

Our Respiratory Insights service helps researchers meaningfully involve patients

As the leading respiratory patient organisation in the UK, Asthma + Lung UK is uniquely placed to ensure that research can have the biggest impact on the lives of patients.

We have a network of around 100,000 people with lung conditions with whom we collaborate to generate bespoke insights. We also work with an expert patient panel who can share their own experiences to support and add value to your research.

Depending on your budget and timings, where appropriate we can involve people with lung disease with your research in the following ways:

  • Quantitative insights through surveys and polling
  • Qualitative insights through interviews
  • Qualitative insights through focus groups and workshops
  • User testing
  • Dissemination of your results
  • Access to our Expert Patient Panel

It was a pleasure working with Asthma + Lung UK on this piece of work. The team were very approachable and supportive, and able to facilitate some great patient and public involvement work.
