How do I get started?
- Register with us and choose your step challenge!
- You'll get an online fundraising page automatically created for your donations, along with all the support you need.
- Start fundraising! Kick things off by making a donation yourself, it's the best way to inspire other donations.
- Spread the word about your challenge with friends, family and loved ones for support, donations and to get walking companions!
- Add your steps to your tracker and see our collective total grow!

Steps a day challenge
Challenge yourself to walk a number of steps a day for a month (or more!).
Distance challenge
Challenge yourself to walk a specific distance on a set day or over a month in your favourite location.
Trek
Embrace the challenge and take on a trek, like the Three Peaks Challenge or the Hadrian's Wall Path.
Social walk
Get everyone involved - walk with friends or family and end your route at a nice coffee shop or pub for a well-deserved treat!
Dog walk
If you don't have a dog, why not volunteer to walk someone else's?
Stair climb
An easy way to factor your challenge into your daily routine.
